Under SLCC, a committee is formed known as COMPT- Consortium of Malappuram, Palakkad and Thrissur. It includes President of Malppuram, Palakkad and Thrissur District Panchayat, CEO of PMU,Principal Agriculture Officer of Malppuram, Palakkad and Thrissur District,PAU of Project Director Malppuram, Palakkad and Thrissur District, Kudumbashree District Mission Coodinators, Planning Officers of Malppuram, Palakkad and Thrissur District, Major/ Minor Irrigation executive engineers of Malppuram, Palakkad and Thrissur District.
The PIA consists of PAUs of three project districts supported by Green Army labour bank of wadakkanchery block panchayat and Maithri.

A Project Management Unit (PMU) is functioning to oversee the administrative and line responsibilities of this project. The chief executive officer of PMU ensures smooth co-ordination among Maithri, Green Army and PAUs on the formation of labour banks and ensures convergence. PMU also have a functional set up for ‘coordination’ by coordinators and ‘training’ by agricultural officers and PRI working group members.
