The Green Army the state’s first skilled agricultural labour bank formed by Wadakkanchery block panchayat at Thrissur district offered a solution to the acute labour shortage in the farm sector.

Green Army created a role model for traditional sectors which has brought technological advancements in to the traditional agriculture activities.
